fully featured

axes TS supports everything a normal think client emulator (see PC5250) will support. Radio buttons, scroll bars, type ahead, keyboard mapping, even DBCS isn't a problem for TS. axes TS simple interface provides a smooth transition for data entry users and casual users alike.

automatic GUI

axes TS reads your applications display files and creates GUI objects automatically. Menus become clickable links, subfiles become scrollable tables and function keys become buttons. When used in conjunction with the HTML DDS keyword, you can create some truly amazing results for what is still, under the covers, a traditional green screen.


powerful xml

TS uses tiny (< 1KB) XML transactions to send screen data back and forward from the browser to the host. As a result, axes TS is the fastest zero client emulator on the market today, easily outperforming IBM's HATS program. Also, because TS is a transactional server, you never lose your connection as with traditional Telnet solutions. This makes axes a truly mobile solution.

customisation

You have complete control over what your users see when you customise your application with axes. You can incorporate the terminal server into your company website, add logos, change fonts and background images. If you have access to your DDS, you can add HTML elements to each and every screen. And because axes is a host server solution, you only have to make changes once.

zero interactive

You can configure axes TS sessions to run in batch. So, if you have limited interactive CPW, axes can improve the performance of your terminal sessions and allow more users to connect concurrently. axes can even run in a completely zero interactive environment.
